Altinex's PNP415 makes connectivity simple and clean with a custom tabletop surface to match. The until holds up to eight connector plates.

Altinex announces the release of a new tabletop connectivity product that is customizable to any tabletop surface. The PNP415, a new Pop‘N Plug product, expands the Designer Solutions series of architectural and furniture audiovisual connectivity products. The PNP415, Pop‘N Plug enclosure with custom tabletop surface, and the pre-configured PNP417 Pop‘N Plug address the requirements for tabletop connectivity, and it still maintains the beauty of any tabletop surface. In addition, the PNP415 satisfies any needed shape—round, square, or rectangular. As with all the Pop‘N Plug series, the PNP415 closes flush with the tabletop.

Features of the PNP415 include:

  • Customizable to all tabletop materials
  • For use with PNP417
  • tabletop surfaces always match
  • Round, rectangular, or square cutouts fit precisely into tabletop
  • Connector compatible with PNP400 and TNP500 series
  • Holds up to eight connector plates
  • Silent precision slider rails
  • Simple installation
  • Opens/closes by pressing on the top.

Altinex provides high-precision templates that are used to create exact tabletop cutouts. The installation is very simple and straightforward, including attaching the tabletop cutout to the unit using the detailed installation instructions. The custom cutout supports 1.4lbs.

Installing the connectivity plates into the PNP415 proves extremely easy. Both sides of the unit can hold up to four single sectional plates that are also currently used for the PNP400 and the TNP500. The standard plate, the DS901-120, was designed especially for the PNP415 and comes with two power module connectors, one VGA connector, and four snap-in connectors.

The PNP415 and the DS901-120 are sold separately, but to save time and money, you can buy the pre-configured PNP417, which comes with two new standard sectional plates, DS901-120, already installed.

“Altinex continues to stay ahead of the competition with audiovisual products that are flexible, fit well into any corporate boardroom or meeting room, and are aesthetically pleasing. The viability in having an audiovisual interconnectivity box that can be installed with three different cutout shapes, matching any tabletop surface, once again proves how integral our Designer Solutions line is to businesses,” says Mark Grieco, director of sales.
