AverMedia Releases AverVision300p Document Camera

AverMedia Technologies, the leading provider of digital multimedia and presentation technology, released the new AverVision300p portable document camera. The AverVision300p is a three-megapixel-resolution, portable document camera complete with AverMedia’s proprietary AverZoom technology offered below the $1,000 MSRP.

Designed to include the latest in document camera technology while maintaining a high-value and affordable reputation, the AverVision300p features three-megapixel resolution combined with 8X digital zoom and 2X AverZoom (AverMedia’s proprietary equivalent to optical zoom) with up to 24fps shooting speed to boast the best image clarity with the highest overall value in its price range.

Portable by design, yet technically powerful, the AverVision300p includes image capture capability and AverVision PC Cam applications with the ability to capture and store up to 80 images directly to the internal memory or directly to a PC via USB. Video clips can also be recorded and stored with the AverVision PC Cam applications directly to a PC.

The AverVision300p combines the latest in technology with the standard document camera functions by providing the ability to display documents, 3D objects, microscopic images (with optional microscopic adaptors), transparencies, X-ray film, and negatives through virtually any LCD monitor or projector. The camera also comes with a full-function remote control and an LED light module with AverMedia’s patented laser positioning pointers.
