Jan Sandri, president of FSR, and Bill Fitzsimmons, chairman of FSR, standing with all the gifts before they were wrapped and delivered to each family.
Imagine 300 wishes granted with only a little good will and the true spirit of Christmas at work. For the 2005 holiday season, FSR adopted three families and donated gifts in the names of their entire employee and client family.
FSR adopted three families and purchased everything from food gift certificates to warm clothing, diapers, and toys for the whole family. Every member of the family received something to make the holiday and little more merry and bright.
"With FSR's donation, individuals, families, and agencies that serve Passaic County were able to have a brighter Holiday season" says Carla Fattal, director of volunteer and community programs for United Way of Passaic County.
United Way of Passaic County Volunteer Center sponsored the "Holiday Wishes" program for the 2005 holiday season. With the help of FSR and other generous donors, 300 families' "holiday wishes" were granted through the "Adopt a Family" program.
