Hitachi America Digital Media Division’s CP-SX1350 model projector

Hitachi America’s Digital Media Division has further demonstrated its ability to provide unparalleled quality in the most demanding of presentation environments with its introduction of the CP-SX1350 model projector. With its high brightness and SXGA+ resolution, the projector is ideal for command and control, engineering, and CAD/CAM applications where acute resolution of small details is important.

“We’ve seen a growing demand for top-level projection in a host of applications, including the architecture and design market,” says Pete Denes, director of sales for Hitachi America. “The CP-SX1350 meets the challenges of this market by providing an optimal combination of power, performance, and usability.”

The CP-SX1350 measures 6.3”x16.5”x12.6” with a weight of 17lbs. Its 3500 ANSI lumens are enough to meet the standards of even the most rigorous presentation applications. At a resolution of 1400x1050 and a 4:3 aspect ratio, the user also has unmatched clarity at his/her disposal. The lamp life is approximately 2,000 hours, and the projector is offered with a three-year warranty. Additionally, noise level is only 38dB.

The projector displays images via a 1.5X zoom lens that can enable projection on screens up to 500in. and is outfitted with a bayonet lens that can support up to four optional lenses for specific application needs based on the size and environment of a room.

The CP-SX1350 model can also be remotely controlled and maintained through a LAN network connection, providing the ability to network, control, and maintain the projectors remotely. The network functionality also makes it easy to control multiple projectors in different rooms and to monitor for functions such as remaining lamp life.
