Soundcraft’s DVD Guide to Mixing |
For more than 30 years, Soundcraft mixing consoles have been widely applauded for their sonic performance, rugged build, and highly intuitive operationthe last of which will now be even more apparent thanks to the availability of a new DVD titled The Soundcraft DVD Guide to Mixing.
Based on a 40-page instructional booklet initially produced by Soundcraft in the ’90s, the DVD provides a comprehensive walkthrough of how to properly set up and operate an analog mixing console for live sound reinforcement use.
According to Soundcraft Channel Marketing Specialist Andrew Shanks, “We created the DVD Guide to Mixing to offer some basic live engineering advice in an interactive package broken down into informative chapters loaded with engaging visual demonstrations. Our original printed guide has long been a useful educational tool popular with schools, colleges, churches, and budding engineers, and our new DVD version now makes that information even more accessible and illustrative.”
In addition to the DVD presentation, the disc features the original Guide to Mixing booklet, a broad glossary of audio terms, and a full-range Soundcraft product catalogall in Adobe PDF form.
Available wherever Soundcraft consoles are sold, The Soundcraft DVD Guide to Mixing carries a suggested U.S. retail price of $17.99.
