Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems announced the debut of the world's first arrayable line monitor, according to the company. The Nexo 45 N-12 12in. arrayable line monitor is 19 3/8"x22 5/8"x15 7/16" (WxDxH), and weighs 62lbs. The Nexo line monitor is a significant improvement over point-source monitors in that there is no interference between adjacent monitors, allowing for a very stable, steady frequency response in the coverage area. The versatile, arrayable line monitor is very small, but its high SPL output covers almost all stage monitoring requirements. The arrayable line monitor has a frequency response of 55Hz to 19kHz ±3dB with 30-degree horizontal coverage, 22.5-degree diagonal coverage, and asymmetrical vertical coverage of 60 degrees constant level from 0ft. to 8ft.
