Acoustics First and SDG form alliance

Acoustics First and Systems Development Group (SDG) have completed the terms of a strategic alliance. The agreement gives Acoustics First the exclusive distribution rights to the product, patent and trademarks of Systems Development Group, Frederick, MD. Under terms of the agreement, Acoustics First will take responsibility for the SDG dealer network, and all sales functions will move to the Acoustics First offices in Richmond, VA.
