Agilent licenses technology

Agilent Technologies signed a licensing agreement with syntheSys Research for its error-analysis technology. This technology allows engineers to uncover the causes behind errors in digital components and system hardware. Agilent will develop and globally market bit error ratio products that incorporate SyntheSys' BitAlyzer technology.
