Apogee becomes public corporation

Apogee Sound has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bogen Communications International. The company, now Apogee Sound International, designs and manufactures loudspeakers, amps, signal processors and accessories for the pro audio industry. Ken DeLoria is president of the company.
