Police in China confiscated over 50,000 pieces of counterfeit Shure and Sennheiser equipment on December 12, 2001. The items were turned up by officials with the Jiangmen and Enping offices of The Administration for Industry and Commerce during raids and routine inspections of local manufacturers.
