CEA forms committees

The Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) Technology and Standards Department reorganized its standards-setting committees. The R-7 Home Networking Committee oversees and coordinates the work of CEA's integrated home systems and home automation standards committees. The charter of R-7 provides coordination for all EIA and CEA home network standardization efforts and a forum for other home network standards formulating bodies interested in working with EIA and CEA.
