Sensation Garners Award

Clark Synthesis's Sensation, a tactile-equipped theater seat, received the Innovations 2002 Design and Engineering award, which is sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association. The Sensation uses customized Tactile Sound Transducers to supplement speakers and subwoofers to increase the proportion of sound heard and felt through bone conduction.

ConnectHome Nets CEA Kudos

ConnectHome's dealer network for the professional sales and installation of residential automation and networking received an award at the Consumer Electronics Association's TechHome 2002 Mark of Excellence Awards banquet. The network provides dealers with lead and referral benefits, sales and marketing materials, training services and so on.

Fritz Sennheiser Gets the Gold

The Audio Engineering Society awarded Dr. Fritz Sennheiser its gold medal for his lifetime achievements. During the same ceremony, Sennheiser GmBH and Co. KG, the company he founded more than 55 years ago, was honored for 25 years of participation in the AES Convention.
