Da-Lite Screen acquires Visual Structures

Da-Lite Screen has purchased Visual Structures from Barco. Visual Structures, Los Alamitos, CA, manufactures rear-projection systems and distributes its products under the Trooper name through systems integrators. Visual Structures will be maintained as a stand alone company and will retain its identity separate from Da-Lite. Robert Grawet has been named president and CEO of the company. John Higgins has been named vice president of sales, and Ed Warner has been named vice president of manufacturing.
