Enseo announces formation

Enseo has been founded as a result of the acquisition of the Specialized Technology Group (STG) business unit from 3dfx Interactive (Nasdaq: TDFX). Enseo continues to develop digital video and information display solutions. In addition to developing new technologies, the company will maintain existing product lines that include the MVPTM family of multi-monitor display adapters, QuartetTM multi-output MPEG decoder cards, and the DvinciTM digital video and graphics mixing board.
