BenQ announced the W1070 home entertainment projector. The W1070 delivers 3D content from games, videos, photos, and Blu-ray discs, and supports various formats and connection standards such as Nvidia 3DTV Play, DLP Link, and dual HDMI. The W1070 also features 3D source auto detect, 1080p quality, a 10,000:1 contrast ratio, and built-in speakers. The W1070 is ISFccc-certified by the Imaging Science Foundation. The projector also features SmartEco technology for longer lamp life by automatically adjusting the lamp power to maximize power savings. A no-source-detected mode automatically lowers brightness to 30 percent when no display has been detected for more than three minutes. Availability: Now Price: $1,000
