CyberTouch has announced the OrionAV 42, the latest addition to CyberTouch’s line of touchscreen LCD monitors. OrionAV 42 is a 42in. diagonal (16:9 aspect ratio) touchscreen LCD monitor.
The OrionAV 42’s applications are ideal for banking, houses of worship, museums, entertainment, digital signage, hospitality, kiosk, and point-of-purchase. The widescreen aspect ratio allows the display of more information while reducing the number of screens and increasing interactive efficiency.
Incorporating a reliable and durable eight-wire resistive touchscreen, the OrionAV 42’s touch surface is protected by a chemical and abrasion-resistant polycarbonate overlay. OrionAV 42 responds to the touch of a finger, stylus, or a gloved-hand. The OrionAV 42 interacts with most software applications after installation of driver software. OrionAV 42 uses an LG LCD (model number M4201C-BA+54) with 1366×768 resolution and is available in both USB and serial communication interfaces.
