IEM Instant Archive Speeds Posting of Meeting Content

Integrated Event Management (IEM), a leading event and presentation technology management company, announced that it has successfully posted meeting content to the Web in record-breaking time. During the recent American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI) annual meeting, held at the Miami Beach Convention Center, IEM posted meeting content for continuing medical education (CME) credit within a 24-hour timeframe.

Using their proprietary Instant Archive technology, IEM was able to meet AAAAI’s goal to present a pay-per-view site offering over-the-Internet meeting content for CME credit. Instant Archive captured and recorded in realtime a host of two-screen presentations, allowing them to be posted to the Web in their native resolution in a streaming, watermarked version.

Instant Archive is a unique, cost-effective and efficient method of recording meeting content that includes Power Point, video, and the presenter, all in one package. Using a proprietary computer-based recording system, Instant Archive records presentations exactly as they appear onscreen in full native resolution. Because the recording is realtime, IEM is able to deliver the finished product in multiple formats to clients within hours of the conclusion of an event, and all at a fraction of the cost of conventional video capture techniques.
