JVC Professional Products DLA-VS2100U D-ILA Projector

JVC Professional Products introduced the DLA-VS2100U D-ILA projector to the U.S. market. The DLA-VS2100U was specifically developed for simulation environments and other visualization applications. The projector delivers 1920×1080 native resolution and 20,000:1 native contrast ratio. The new projector also features a new 220W UHP short-arc lamp that delivers a minimum of 850 ANSI lumens for simulation applications, an increase in brightness that will provide greater brightness headroom in larger or low-efficiency systems as well as a lower cost of ownership. A key new feature is an anti-smear reduction mode, which reduces image smearing during fast-motion scenes through frame insertion or black frame insertion. In addition, a new color management system enables users to match color primaries to other projectors. The projector is also more compatible with software genlock synchronization used in some simulation environments, and it offers Ethernet connectivity, in addition to RS-232, for network-based monitoring and projector control. With two HDMI and one VGA inputs, the projector supports 1080p60 and 1080p50 video formats. A center-mounted lens with horizontal and vertical shift provides installation flexibility, and a rugged chassis and optional fixed offset lens mount makes the unit ideal for motion-based applications. It ships with a 1.4-2.8:1 zoom lens. The projector is also available without a lens (DLA-VS2100NL), allowing the use of our optional 1:1 and 1.2:1 fixed lenses. Price: NA
