Lift-Tech has announced that its built-to-order motorized Up/Down LT-200 series now comes with more available options, including the LT-200-BP. A slim profile backplate allows for even easier installations into ultra-thin profile furniture and cabinetry, including mobile cases.
“From homes and hotels and offices to even the strictest military applications, Lift-Tech’s LT-200 series now offers the industry’s latest and most compact motorized lift technologies,” says Russ Fawkes, Lift-Tech general manager. “The LT-200-BP allows today’s larger plasma and LCD displays to be integrated into the narrowest furniture and mobile training cases, no matter the application, while other options available to the end-user include swivel functionality.”
The LT-200 backplate option (available at no additional charge) allows the plasma TV to raise and lower without the use of an inner box. The backplate consists of 1in.-square steel tube frame inset with 3/4in. unfinished maple furniture-grade hardwood, ready to be veneered, stained, or painted to match or complement the cabinet finish.
The LT-200 series of motorized up/down lifts are used for lifting (and swiveling if that option is desired) flatpanel TVs by remote control. Because of its slim profile, LT-200-BP is finding a home in mobile cases as well as in cabinetry. When incorporated into a mobile case, it can be used for outdoor applications as well as in larger indoor facilities.
The LT-200 series features all steel welded construction, with remarkably stable rack and pinion operation. The series features non-synthetic gears that don’t deteriorate, and the series doesn’t require maintenance and is backed by a three-year limited warranty. Lift-Tech’s control systems allow for control by radio remote, infrared remote, and by low-voltage/contact closure control interface with a home automation system.
