Mitsubishi EX240U, EW230U-ST, and EW270U

Mitsubishi exhibits three 3D-ready projectors at InfoComm to show educational possibilities using 3D imagery. The EX240U is an XGA-resolution model; the EW230U-ST (short throw) and EW270U are WXGA resolution. Even though these new projectors are categorized as entry-level in Mitsubishi’s product line, each projector features a six-segment color wheel (red, blue, green, white, yellow, and cyan) to produce impressively rich and accurate colors, and are designed and built using Texas Instruments’ DLP technology and BrilliantColor for superior color performance. The EW230U-ST and EW270U are both WXGA (1280×800) resolution, and they blast 2500 lumens and 2600 lumens, respectively. At 5.3lbs., both projectors are easily portable from room to room, with a direct power-off function that eliminates power-down time and allows presenters to make quick exits. Each projector has a 4000-hour lamp life (in low mode), which reduces overall cost of ownership, meaning fewer replacements over time, saving time and money. Price: NA
