Sharp announces its entry into the 3D presentation market with the introduction of six 3D-ready DLP BrilliantColor professional projectors that offer high-quality 3D projection from a single projector. Incorporating DLP Link technology, when used with compatible 3D field sequential content and active shutter 3D glasses (not included) that support the DLP Link System, this full suite of models captivates audiences with breathtaking 3D imagery. These projectors offer 3D support with both 60Hz and 120Hz XGA (1024×768) and SVGA (800×600) sources. Ideal for classrooms and meeting rooms, the projectors use Texas Instruments’ BrilliantColor multicolor processing to provide enhanced colors and enriched imaging that bring presentations to life. The suite of new DLP BrilliantColor 3D-ready projectors includes the following models: PG-D45X3D (4500 ANSI lumens, XGA native resolution); PG-D40W3D (4000 ANSI lumens, WXGA native resolution); PG-D3510X (3500 ANSI lumens, XGA native resolution); PG-D3010X (3000 ANSI lumens, XGA native resolution); PG-D2710X (2700 ANSI lumens, XGA native resolution); and PG-D2500X (2500 ANSI lumens, XGA native resolution).
