Magenta Research Digital-signage Signal-extension Kits

Magenta Research announced the Cyan by Magenta brand, a new series of signal-extension products for the digital-signage market. The Cyan HDMI is a transmitter and receiver kit that extends uncompressed 1080p video with audio over a distance of 100ft. or 720p/1080i to 150ft. using Cat-6 cabling. The Cyan VGA is a transmitter and receiver kit that extends UXGA (1600×1200) RGBHV video over a distance of 250ft., and it requires no power at the receiver end. The Cyan DVI TX is a 4-port transmitter for 1×4 distribution of DVI video compatible with Cyan DVI RX. Two transmitters can be cascaded to enable 1×8 distribution. The Cyan DVI RX is a compatible receiver for Cyan DVI TX that is capable of extending 1080p/1600×1200 video over a distance of 100ft. or 720p/1080i/1366×768 over 150ft. using Cat-6 cabling. The Cyan YUV is a transmitter and receiver kit that extends 1080p YUV/component video over a distance of 328ft., and it requires no power at the receiver end. The Cyan Stereo is a transmitter and receiver kit that extends stereo audio over a distance of 2000ft., and it requires no power.
