Acentech, a multi-disciplinary acoustical consulting firm, announced several new hires, promotions, and office expansions in three locations: Cambridge, Mass., Trevose, Pa., and Westlake Village, Calif.

In the Cambridge headquarters, Alicia Wagner joined the firm as a consultant in the Architectural Acoustics and Mechanical Systems Group. Bill Yoder joined as a consultant II in the R.H. Lyon Division of the Noise and Vibration Group led by Director Jeffrey Zapfe. And the company promoted Denise Cheung to consultant II, Jason Martinez to senior consultant I, Corey Salvatore to senior consultant I, and David Bateman to senior consultant II, all of whom will report to Richard Closs, director of Acentech’s Audiovisual Systems Design Group.

Acentech’s office in Trevose recently celebrated its fifth anniversary by hiring two new consultants: Jesse Moore, AutoCAD specialist, and Jeannette Caruso, marketing coordinator. To accommodate its growing staff and client base, the office relocated to a larger suite in Trevose. The office’s mid-Atlantic location is positioned to effectively serve clients between New York City and Washington, D.C., with consulting services for audiovisual and sound system design, architectural acoustics, mechanical systems noise and vibration control, and information technology infrastructure.

Donna Prescott recently joined the firm’s Westlake Village location as marketing coordinator, under Director Ray Nugent. The West Coast office services include architectural acoustics, environmental noise, and the new audiovisual systems design services. The office also added three consultants since January and plans to expand further in the coming year.
