Auralex Acoustics has expanded its free Personalized Room Analysis Form to include one specifically for large rooms. The online form provides one-on-one expert acoustical advice, including product recommendations and placement, to customers faced with the challenges of large spaces, such as houses of worship and gymnasiums.
Customers can download the form as a PDF from Auralex’s Web site or call the company to have a copy faxed to their location. Once the form is in-hand, the customer must fill out every section; the more information, the more accurate the recommendations of the company’s engineers.
“Our Personalized Room Analysis Form has been very successful in the past, in the pro audio and home markets,” said Dave Paxton, director of operations at Auralex. “We wanted to expand our services to cater specifically to the needs of customers with larger spaces, specifically church sanctuaries and gymnasiums, as both are growing markets for our company.”
After Auralex receives the forms, they are sorted geographically and routed to the appropriate consultant, who will review the information and formulate suggestions for the company’s products and placement within two to three business days.
The free Personalized Room Analysis is limited to two hours of phone discussions, e-mails, and/or faxes. If a project requires additional attention, an Auralex representative will contact the customer directly to discuss options.
