Christie unveils what the company calls “the brightest 3LCD projector on the market.” The Christie LX1500 combines XGA LCDs with four 330-watt lamp arrays to generate a 1080i image of 15,000 ANSI lumens. The LCD panels deliver a 2000:1 contrast ratio and 10-bit image processing for use in large conference rooms, medium-sized auditoriums, churches, or stages. A motorized vertical and horizontal offset offers flexible installation options, and a range of input modules includes digital blending/warping, SDI, and HD-SDI for multiple applications. The projector also features 11 optional lenses that are compatible with Christie LX120 and LX100 models.
