DDG’s WAVE Electronics Opens Texas Warehouse
Digital Delivery Group Member WAVE Electronics announced the opening of its new Austin, Tex., distribution center.
Digital Delivery Group Member WAVE Electronics announced the opening of its new Austin, Tex., distribution center. The new location is predicted to improve service to the central Texas region with expedited shipping, will-call services, and a showroom facility that area dealers can use to showcase the latest technologies and products to their customers.
“[The new branch’s] strategic location will significantly improve ordering and delivery times and the highly experienced staff will reinforce our commitment to being a truly customer service oriented operation,” said Gary Wermuth, president of WAVE Electronics.
Former assistant branch manager for AVAD’s Austin location, Mario Pulido, will lead the new branch. “DDG’s mission of bringing new and leading edge technology to Austin, coupled with WAVE’s ability to deliver unparalleled product selection and customer service, is an awesome opportunity,” said Pulido.
The Austin location offers a 7,200-square-foot warehouse, showrooms for dealers to use as their own, end-user financing, and dealer training, among its features.
