Electrograph Inks Deal with AKG
Electrograph Systems will distribute microphones, headphones, and accessories from AKG Acoustics.
Electrograph Systems, a national distributor of display technology solutions, will distribute microphones, headphones, and accessories from AKG Acoustics, a Harman Professional Group company.
In the distribution agreement, which became active in July 2008, Electrograph offers AKG’s full line of installed and wireless microphones, headsets, and accessories to complement its existing audio offerings from fellow Harman companies JBL Professional and Crown Audio.
“The audio portion of a professional flat-panel or display application is critical-proper sound is what makes a good presentation or performance outstanding,” said Randall Rosenbaum, senior product manager for Electrograph, in a statement. “AKG is one of the most respected microphone brands available and fits perfectly with Electrograph’s other Harman amplifier and speaker lines.”
“With the [Electrograph’s] growing emphasis on high-margin AV peripherals and addition of Solutions Managers to help specify and sell these products, this is an ideal partnership that will benefit our professional customer base,” said John Devins, national sales manager of AKG Acoustics.
