Logitech, a producer of personal peripherals for PC navigation, Internet communications, digital music, home-entertainment control, gaming, and wireless devices will enact a leadership transition plan that appointments Guerrino De Luca to chairman of the board as of January 1, 2008. De Luca will succeed company co-founder Daniel Borel, who will remain a member of the board of directors.

Logitech, a producer of personal peripherals for PC navigation, Internet communications, digital music, home-entertainment control, gaming, and wireless devices will enact a leadership transition plan that appointments Guerrino De Luca to chairman of the board as of January 1, 2008. De Luca will succeed company co-founder Daniel Borel, who will remain a member of the board of directors.

Logitech International, a producer of personal peripherals for PC navigation, Internet communications, digital music, home-entertainment control, gaming, and wireless devices will enact a leadership transition plan that appointments Guerrino De Luca to chairman of the board as of January 1, 2008. De Luca will succeed company co-founder Daniel Borel, who will remain a member of the board of directors. Gerald P. Quindlen, who has been the company’s senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing, will take De Luca’s former position of president and CEO. “Logitech is very fortunate to have such a strong team to move the company forward,” says Borel. De Luca explains,” As we continue down our long-term double-digit growth path, Jerry [Quindlen] has the right experience to allow the company to scale effectively and gain more momentum.”
