Berkeley, Calif.–based Meyer Sound announced two promotions at Meyer Sound Germany: Jim Sides as the new CEO and Sascha Khelifa as managing director.
Sides relocated to Meyer Sound Germany in 2006 to serve as the office’s managing director. Since then, he directly supervised and further drove an upsurge of growth in the German and Scandinavian markets through large purchases by local rental companies and significant installations throughout the region.
In his new role, Sides’ primary focus is to oversee the overall business and sales strategies of Meyer Sound Germany and to directly manage the German sales team to meet its goal to further increase the company’s market share in Germany and Scandinavia.
