Christie, a major provider of visual solutions for business, entertainment, and industry, introduces the brightest, single-chip DLP projector in its class, the Christie DS+65. Delivering up to 6500 ANSI lumens with a variable contrast ratio of up to 7500:1, the Christie DS+65 is a feature-rich projector offering power and performance in a compact design. A native SXGA+ resolution projector, the high performance of the Christie DS+65 is an exceptional value for installations in boardrooms, large conference rooms, small auditoriums, and houses of worship.

The Christie DS+65 features onboard Faroudja DCDi processing for artifact-free video reproduction and highly detailed, crisp images. It uses long life, dual 300W UHP lamps and a sealed optical engine for a low cost of ownership. A low acoustic noise level (30dB), high-quality lens options, and a broad range of standard inputs provide the ultimate in convenience and installation options.

“As the world’s most powerful single-chip DLP projector available today, the Christie DS+65 reflects Christie’s continued leadership over the last 10 years. Designed to meet the needs of today’s more demanding presentation environments, the Christie DS+65 is a solid performer,” remarks Neil Wittering, director of product management, business products, Christie. “Most importantly, it is backed by extensive warranties and renowned Christie service and support, recognized as the best in the industry.”

Visit Christie’s InfoComm booth, 1923, for a demonstration of the new Christie DS+65 projector. InfoComm takes place in Orlando, Fla., June 7-9, 2006, at the Orange County Convention Center.
