A new SH-8X0 sub snake is the latest addition to the SH Series Little Bro stage boxes from Hosa Technology. It’s designed for running multiple lines across a room or stage to a mixing console. The unit includes eight XLR sends and side-mounted XLR input connections to reduce stress on the XLR connectors. Adding Hosa’s Pro Connectors to the box and fanout and Hosa’s selection of XLR adapters allows the XLR terminations to change and convert each channel for a variety of applications. The SH-8X0 (shown) is available in 25- and 50-foot lengths while a six-XLR/two-TRS version, the SH-6X2, comes in 20-, 30-, and 50-foot lengths.
