Telanetix, an IP solutions provider offering telepresence and VoIP services to business markets, said it has followed through on a plan to increase video sales by adding three veteran telepresence sales professionals: Brice Drogosch, western vice regional vice president of video sales; Steve Parrish, eastern region vice president of video sales; and Linda Bickelman, director of channel development–video.

“Over the past year, Telanetix’s technology and value proposition have generated tremendous interest in the videoconferencing end user and reseller marketplace,” said J.D. Vaughn, vice president of worldwide video sales, in a statement. “Our goal is to capitalize on that interest by driving sales volumes within the end user and reseller markets.”

Drogosch has more than 18 years of industry experience, having served as vice president of sales at Radvision and sales director for the western region at Accord Networks and Polycom.

Parrish has served as vice president for channels for Polycom and regional vice president for Accord Network and ViewTech, which is now WireOne. He began his videoconferencing sales and management career more than 20 years ago with DataPoint and CLI.

Bickelman has actively supported videoconferencing during her 18-year career. She began her career at Rolm, and helped build and support channels at PictureTel, Viewcast, Accord Networks, Trapeze Networks, and Polycom.

“All have held senior sales management and sales leadership roles at key videoconferencing manufacturers, including Radvision and Polycom,” added Vaughn. “Their aim will be to develop Telanetix’s video distribution channels.”
