Before joining the Vitec Group RF Systems division, Hoeler worked for eight years with K & L Microwave, a microwave and RF filter company in Salisbury, Md. “Joining RF Systems is a terrific opportunity,” said Hoeler in a statement. “The broadcast marketplace is an exciting side of the RF microwave industry as there are many technological changes taking place everyday.”

Lader previously served as a marketing and contract administrator with Hughes Aircraft Co., where he managed budgets, projects, and participated in technical and cost articles for government and military customers.

“My plan as new vice president of the MAG Programs is to build awareness regarding the many products RF Extreme has to offer for the government, aerospace, and military markets,” said Lader. “I’m honored to be part of the RF Systems’ mission to broaden its reach among MAG customers and in educating the market/the industry about the solutions our products can provide.”
