MULTIMEDIA PRESENT- ATION SYSTEM
Crestron says that its MPS-300 is the first Multimedia Presentation System (MPS) to feature fully digital audio-signal processing. The MPS-300 is a single, full-featured box that, along with the system switcher and control system provided by the MPS line, has enhanced microphone performance, mixing capabilities, and greater video-routing flexibility. It can be used for presentation and videoconferencing rooms that require simultaneously active microphones and/or diverse output options. The MPS-300 accommodates additional sources and display devices via Crestron's exclusive QuickMedia (QM) transport. Three QM inputs accept connections from QM Wall Plates, FlipTop Boxes, and Distribution Centers, providing an abundance of additional inputs for AV, computer, and microphone sources.
Stantron introduces an array of rackmountable shelf options for its E-rack and presentation racks. The new offering features a range of sturdy clamp shelves and cantilevered shelves designed for broadcast and pro-AV installations. The Stantron clamp shelves can be used to rackmount products that were not originally designed to be rackmounted. One style is designed to support up to 25lbs. and the other style supports 50lbs. Both versions feature adjustable top and bottom clamping hardware, low compression-set foam padding to ensure a secure grip, and pre-installed studs that eliminate fumbling with tiny hardware pieces.
