AVI-SPL, a national provider of audiovideo communications solutions, welcomed four new salespeople to the company.

AVI-SPL, a national provider of audiovideo communications solutions, welcomed four new salespeople to the company.

Doug Lanham joined the Chicago office as an account manager where he’ll focus on audiovisual integration, videoconferencing, and corporate sales. Lanham brings 20 years of IT infrastructure, new media, and AV sales and consulting experience to the company. Doug worked for Tweeter Home Entertainment Group as an AV sales consultant before joining AVI-SPL. He recently earned his InfoComm CTS.

AVI-SPL’s Chicago also welcomed new account manager Paul Solarz to the team. He’ll focus on selling audivisual integration and videoconferencing to the corporate market. Solarz has spent 25 years in the AV business and the last 15 years with United Visual as national accounts director. Solarz is also a Tandberg-certified sales expert.

Sean McCullough joined the Dayton, Ohio, office as a sales bid estimator where his core responsibilities will include developing business in the Central Ohio region. Before joining AVI-SPL, McCullough worked for Newcome Electronic Systems as a commercial AV designer.

Finally, AVI-SPL’s San Francisco office welcomed new videoconferencing specialist Spencer Quint. In this role, Quint will seek out and identify new videoconferencing opportunities in order to secure sales of equipment and professional managed services. Quint has more than 11 years of videoconferencing sales experience and previously worked for Conferencing Advisors as senior conferencing advisor before joining AVI-SPL.
