The Control 200 line of medium-format, in-ceiling loudspeakers from JBL Professional features Kevlar reinforced woofer cones for extended low-end response. The 227C features a 6.5-inch coaxial speaker on a baffle for use with a separate backcan in installations that require a pre-installed backcan. The 227C provides a 150 W power handling capacity and a 43 Hz to 19 kHz frequency response. The 227CT includes the same specifications as the 227C, but also adds a 60 W multitap transformer for use on distributed speaker lines. The 226C/T, which features an integral backcan for blind-mount installations, can be used in either low-impedance or 70V/100V distributed systems. Price: N/A (all models).
