Rawls Joins Premier Mounts as Sales Manager
Premier Mounts appointed industry veteran Luke Rawls as national sales manager for OEM and hospitality.
Premier Mounts appointed industry veteran Luke Rawls as national sales manager for OEM and hospitality. Considered a key addition to its management team, Rawls will help expand the sales of Premier Mounts’ products to those customer segments. He reports to vice president of sales Tiffany Dozier and will be responsible for all OEM and hospitality sales in the U.S. market. He also will work closely with the Premier Mounts custom division and product development teams to increase market share in these specialized areas.
“OEM customers, such as projector and flat-panel manufacturers, have always been very important to Premier Mounts. With more than 30 years of sales, marketing, product development, and installation experience in the AV industry, Luke has built an outstanding reputation and created strong relationships and industry recognition,” said Premier Mounts president Lee Dodson in a statement. “Luke’s experience will be of great value to Premier Mounts as we continue to develop our team and expand our important OEM and hospitality segments.”
According to the company, Premier Mounts has deep roots in the OEM and custom design market, including a long history of creating products for many of the manufacturers in the AV industry. The introduction of flat-panel televisions in hotels and casinos reportedly has triggered exponential growth in the hospitality marketing, making it a good match for Premier’s custom division.
“Great things are happening at Premier Mounts and I am excited to be part of this development,” said Rawls in a statement. “After working on the integrator side for the past few years, it will be great to be back with a mainstream manufacturer with a great history and reputation like Premier Mounts.”
Rawls has served on many committees at InfoComm, including the Board of Governors, the Executive Committee, and the Professional Education and Training Committee. He was also an instructor for CEDIA and a Special Standard Task Force member of ANSI.
