Company officials say Philips Pronto’s first in-wall touch panel, while designed for home installation, fits well into commercial applications. The $799 TSW9500 has a 3.5-inch QVGA touchscreen and a customizable interface, plus five buttons that can be programmed to launch common commands. The panel has an Ethernet port and supports power over Ethernet. There’s also a mini USB port on the front of the panel for programming updates. The TSW9500 is compatible with other Pronto control systems, as well as RFX9400 wireless and RFX9600 serial extenders, and can download configurations from Pronto TSU9600 and TSU9800 handheld control panels. 888-773-7384. www.pronto.philips.com.
