Security Cameras
Canon’s expanded line of network cameras include 10 models in a variety of resolutions and designs best suited for a range of video security and surveillance applications. The range includes 2.1 megapixel resolution network cameras (VB-H43, VB-H630VE, VBH630D, VB-H730F) and 1.3 megapixel resolution network cameras (VB-M42, VB-M620VE, VB-M620D, VBM720F, VB-S805D, VB-S905F). All 10 cameras are ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) 2.2 Profile S Conformant to help ensure maximum interoperability with other third-party ONVIF Profile S recording systems. Each camera features built-in Genuine Canon wide-angle zoom lenses with advanced lens coatings and include built-in Video Analytics that assist in identifying potentially crucial picture details, such as moving, removed, and abandoned object detection as well as passing (or “tripwire”) detection.
Mounts and Accessories
Crimson AV’s array of security-centric mounting solutions and accessories include the fully modular FlexWall videowall mount system for complex installations involving multiple commercial displays up to 60in. or more. It can be configured in a variety of ways, including ceiling mounted as a “flying frame,” affixed to the floor or wall, or with wheels to fulfill mobile or multipurpose requirements. Also in the company’s roster of products are the CLAMP3 and PR30 display mounting accessories, which are engineered to affix to round rectangular pipe, rigging, and truss, as well as walls, countertops, and other challenging attachment points. The DSA Series articulating single- and dual-arm, single- and dual-link monitor mounts and accessories deliver perfect landscape- or portrait-oriented monitor positioning while freeing up valuable workspace in mission critical environments such as command and control, security monitoring stations, and other environments that utilize single and dynamic multi-monitor configurations. Crimson AV also has a range of heavy-duty security camera mounts and accessories that are made to withstand the elements and come in wall, parapet/flat roofs, and ceiling mount configurations.
IP Surveillance Camera
LILIN ’s first 4K Ultra HD camera, the model UHG1182, is a 12-megapixel CMOS camera that delivers 3840×2160 pixel pictures at 30 frames per second, making it perfectly suited for parking lots, as well as in airports, casinos, and city surveillance. The UHG1182 features HDR (high dynamic range) mode, IR-cut filter for day/night imaging, and 4K True H.264 AVC High Profile Video Compression. Bandwidth can be efficiently managed by recording in 4K, while viewing the live video stream in 4K on a 4K TV monitor. When using a standard HDTV monitor, users can zoom-in and greatly enhance targeted areas. In addition, the camera’s 16:9 aspect ratio provides a widescreen field of view for increased coverage of the monitored space. Rounding out the 4K camera’s features are 3D noise reduction to suppress video artifacts and improve fidelity; 2D wide dynamic range for clearer pictures in challenging light conditions; support for digital PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom); tamper/audio and motion detection alarms; and the ability to view and replay video remotely using the LILIN Viewer application.
Software
D-Tools’ has fully integrated Industry Standard SIA/IAPSC Security Drawing Symbols into the D-Tools System Integrator electronic system estimation, design and documentation software platform. The implementation of the symbols, which are used for system designs, blueprints, or schematics as well as for planning security system installations, consists of a grouping of Autodesk AutoCAD symbols, including mount type and device options for each symbol, that D-Tools has converted into separate Microsoft Visio stencil categories. In addition to Electronic Safety and Security stencils, D-Tools industry standard stencil categories include Audio Video, Communications, Control, Electrical, Furnishings, Generic, HVAC, and Vacuum Cleaning Systems. The new SIA/ IAPSC Security Symbols are available now for download and use by authorized D-Tools System Integrator users, who can access these and other D-Tools stencil updates by clicking on the Download Stencil update link in the SIX toolbar in Visio.
