The KanexPro 2×2 videowall processor, part number SW-VDYWALL, features four DVI inputs and four DVI outputs, which enables you to configure to either a 2×2 videowall or create a 4×1 multiviewer. This high-performance processor supports image overlapping and output scaling function to your specific needs. It is fully compliant with HDCP and supports EDID management. The SW-VDYWALL does not require all four sources and four displays to be connected in order to work; users can connect and select between one to two source inputs to four outputs such as Apple TV or Blu-ray to four displays. Using an RS-232 connection to a computer with the included software will help users set up and control all the different layout configurations such as PIP, POP, switching functions, resolutions, and save and recall functions. The built-in scaler supports several PC and HD resolutions up to 1920×1200. The embedded scaler converts the input signal to match the native resolutions of output displays, up-scaling if needed. The scaler is also manually adjustable through frontpanel buttons. It features selectable output settings of up to 1920×1200 at 60Hz. The processor is ideal for operation centers, military installations, shopping malls, and airports where demand for high-resolution 4×4 videowalls is critical.
