Roland VC-1-DL Converter

Roland Systems Group (Booth 1458) announces a flagship bi-directional SDI/ HDMI converter with frame sync and delay. The VC-1-DL is part of Roland’s new VC-1 line of portable, single-function video converters, building from the high quality, lossless technology developed for the company’s VC-300HD, VC-50HD, and VC-30HD converters. These rugged “mini” converters support both level A and B 3G-SDI, as well as digital AES/EBU input and output signals. The series is HDCP-compliant with selectable audio embedding and de-embedding. An onboard re-clocker compensates for attenuation of SDI signals carried over long distances.
