His greatest accomplishments for NSCA include the creation of NSCA University and the Business & Leadership Conference, as well as his role as a subject matter expert and content developer for the industry.
“Randy was a passionate advocate of what BLC contributes to systems integrators and the electronic systems industry,” says Andy Musci, NSCA Education Foundation board president. “He understood the importance of being of professional. It went beyond just technical training and knowledge, but rather how to run a good business—and this conference has turned into the event to train integrators into business professionals.”
“The 2012 BLC introduced me to a tremendous wealth of professionals who face, and who have faced, similar challenges to those I tackle on a daily basis,” says Matt Chitwood, president at D&L Communication Systems. “I was impressed by the willingness of this group to embrace new entrants like myself. Right from the start I felt welcomed by every person I met. The passion and experience of the featured speakers rivaled any I have ever seen. The meeting continues to bear fruit as I regularly have contact with individuals I met throughout the conference. It was a blessing to attend of behalf of the Randy Vaughan Founder's Award.”
NSCA's Business & Leadership Conference is the only industry-specific event where owners, executives, and managers of commercial electronic systems companies meet to discuss common obstacles, challenges, and opportunities.
