Community’s new VERIS (VERsatile Installation Systems) comprise a range of small-to-medium-sized loudspeakers that are precisely engineered for versatile array construction, while aesthetically styled to meet modern architectural requirements. A powerful resource for the professional contractor, each VERIS model exhibits smooth response throughout the critical crossover region and features Community’s unique, uniform full-range voicing system to minimize variations in sound quality among the range of models.

“VERIS’ smooth and intelligible sonic output is the result of patent-pending carbon ring cone technology, coupled with Ferrofluid-cooled and damped MF and HF drivers,” says Ken DeLoria, Community’s Product Manager. “This proprietary union of technologies brings low distortion, high-impact sonic capability to a wide range of applications. And because we manufacture all the drivers ourselves, we’re able to meet a surprisingly affordable price point.”

Available models start with the VERIS6, a single 6in. with an HF horn-driver combination in a compact enclosure. Next are a dual 6in., a single 8in., and a dual 8in.,” also with attendant HF horn-drivers. These four models each ship with a yoke-style mounting bracket as an included accessory, and can be ordered with an optional low distortion, low insertion-loss 200W internal autoformer for 70V and 100V applications.

The larger 12in. and 15in. VERIS models offer a choice of large-format horns, all employing Community’s legendary pattern control technology. Horn patterns include 90ºx60º and 60ºx40º for the two-way systems, and 90ºx 40º and 60ºx 40º for the three-way systems. Two elegant, low-profile subwoofers, a dual-10in. and a dual-12in., both using Community’s patented Cool-Coil heat evacuation system, offer astonishing LF performance.

“Applications for VERIS include houses of worship, conference rooms, clubs, restaurants, and many other small-to-mid-size venues where people gather to hear music and speech reproduced with maximum clarity and intelligibility,” says Julia Lee, Community’s Director of Sales & Marketing. “It’s important to us at Community that every model in the range meets a specific need. We’re confident that VERIS will be a perfect fit for a large number of our contractors, both in the US and abroad.”

The VERIS line includes a wide range of optional, off-the-shelf rigging systems and mounting brackets, all engineered for quick, convenient, and safe installation. All models are available in black or white at no additional charge, and are equipped with a generous number of rigging points. The full-range enclosures are additionally outfitted with OmniMount compatible fasteners.
