The new EGR series AV rack enclosures from Middle Atlantic Products have been designed to achieve a high level of equipment mounting versatility in all types of installations. In addition to the best features of Middle Atlantic’s other rack series, EGR Series racks feature the new V-system predrilled sides with laser knockout mounting holes on a 5 1/4in. grid. This eliminates field drilling to mount small components by allowing the integrator to simply knock out any of the precut holes and use the company’s special stud to provide a mounting point. Many new brackets designed for the V-System can be used to provide mounting points for large and small equipment, cable tie points and power strip mounting, and even rear rackrail in full-height or partial-height sections. An optional Cable-Entry door comes with a brush grommet arch that can be installed in the top or bottom of the opening to provide a cable entry path. Price: NA
