Rose Electronics Orion XC Matrix Switcher

The Orion XC series of KVM matrix switchers by Rose Electronics range in size from eight to 288 ports and feature single or dual-link DVI, HDMI, SDI, and VGA video. When used with an Orion XTender package, the Orion XC’s video and control signals are consolidated into an option of Cat-X or single-mode fiber cabling and is capable of being outfitted with both, with a maximum extension distance of 440ft. on either side of the switch with Cat-X, or 33,000ft. over single-mode fiber. Other key features include instant switching between CPUs, flexible configuration of the I/O ports as inputs or outputs, and an optional bundle that enables up to 16 Orion XC switches of any size to be integrated into a large matrix grid with full monitoring capabilities.
