TOA Electronics, manufacturer of premier audio and security products, announced the addition of the new WM-5270 dynamic handheld wireless microphone to its 5000 Series wireless microphone systems. Optimized for vocal and speech applications, the WM-5270 operates in the 692MHz-865MHz band with up to 64 available frequencies.

The WM-5270 provides 10 hours of transmitter operation from a single AA battery and includes a low-battery indicator light. The body of the WM-5270 is constructed from metal, offering high performance and durability. Other features include a channel selector switch and built-in antenna. A microphone clip, carrying pouch, and screwdriver are all included with the microphone.

The 5000 Series wireless microphone systems are ideal for houses of worship, schools, fitness clubs, and many other applications. Other transmitter options include the WM-5220 condenser handheld, WM-5320 lapel, WM-5320H vocal headset, and WM-5320A aerobic headset. Receiver models include the WT-5800 true diversity 64-channel wireless tuner, WT-5805 space diversity 64-channel wireless tuner, and the portable WT-5810 space diversity 16-channel wireless tuner. All 5000 Series receivers feature a frequency scanning function and transmitter battery status indicator.
