Canon has released the SX6, SX60, and X600 REALiS projectors, which include a 1.7X powered zoom lens, an automatic setup function, and LCoS imaging technology. Designed for use in brightly lit environments in shopping malls and museums, the SX6 has 3,500 ANSI lumens of brightness, SXGA+ (1400x1040) resolution, and a 1,000:1 contrast ratio. The SX60 (pictured here), which is targeted for critical viewing and home theater applications, provides 2,500 ANSI lumens of brightness, SXGA+ resolution, and a 2,000:1 contrast ratio. Aimed at business presentation and boardroom installations, the X600 has 3,500 ANSI lumens of brightness, XGA (1024x768) resolution, and a 1,000:1 contrast ratio.
