Barco's new OL series of videowall products feature LED rear projection and Sense6 sensor technology, which the company says coordinates with multiple rear-projection modules to provide image stability across the videowall screens. According to Barco, Sense6's algorithms monitor the outputs of the projectors' integrated spectrometers, which measure brightness and color characteristics, then automatically adjust all the projectors of a videowall to display an image best suited to the human eye. The LED-lit videowalls have a heat management system that's based on liquid cooling to reduce the effects of high temperatures on the light sources.
