DNF Controls' AnyWhere Interface Box is a single-box solution designed to create interoperability between incompatible systems or extend existing systems without custom programming or interfacing.

DNF Controls introduced the AnyWhere Interface Box (AIB), a single-box solution with eight opto-isolated GPI inputs, eight relay contact-closure GPO outputs, one RS-422/RS-232 serial port, and one 10BaseT Ethernet port. The company says it’s designed to address various needs, from creating interoperability between incompatible systems to extending existing systems without custom programming or interfacing. The AIB supports GPI-to-GPOs, GPI-to-serial, GPI-to-Ethernet, and GPI-to-SNMP control. It also handles serial-to-GPO, Ethernet-to-GPO, and SNMP-to-GPO monitoring, as well as serial-to-Ethernet and serial-to-SNMP conversions.
