Projectiondesign announces its new F35 DLP projector, the world’s first featuring Texas Instruments’ WQXGA DLP chip, offering 2560x1600-pixel resolution. WQXGA features 78 percent more pixels than WUXGA resolution (1920x1200), and it offers more than five times the resolution of a standard XGA display. The result is incredibly high-pixel-density displays, which require fewer projectors to produce ultrarealistic images, with a sharpness and clarity unmatched by other display solutions designed for the simulation, training, and visualization markets. The F35 will be available to the market during the second half of 2010, and projectiondesign is showing the F35 now to enable systems integration and user communities to see its potential and plan their future projects and investments accordingly.
